The Mipa BC range of tinters are solvent-based two-layer basecoat tinters that are used to create a wide variety of colors for vehicles, motorbikes, and commercial vehicles. They are free from lead and chromate pigments and have a low solvent concentration, which means that they have a low consumption. The tinters are also easy to apply and can be overcoated with Mipa 2K clearcoats to create a weather-resistant, high-gloss topcoat.
Solvent basecoats are supplied on the understanding that they are NOT to be used for the respraying of cars or commercial vehicles. However , they are compliant for use on vintage vehicles, moterbikes ,agricultural vehicles, new build road vehicles and general industrial applications.
